Ashley and Cardino’s journey began when they were just kids—Ashley in 5th grade and Cardino in 4th. Even then, they felt a connection, but life had its own timing. Seven years passed before their paths crossed again, and this time, they’ve been inseparable, growing together through the best years of their lives. This picture captures a special moment from the first track event Cardino won while they were together, celebrating in the winner’s circle!

Our one-year collage is filled with photos that capture the magic of our early days together. We were young, head over heels in love—and Cardino even had hair! These pictures hold our sweetest “firsts” together, like our first prom, our first fireworks, and our first Christmas. Each of these moments is like a precious little seed, planting the roots for a lifetime of memories and love. Every smile, every laugh, every hug—it's all part of the beautiful beginning to a love story that will only keep growing.

Our first apartment together was a big step in our journey! We moved to Fairborn, Ohio, to attend the same university, and finally had a place to call our own—a true "home" where we could start building our future together.

This is the day we added our baby girl to the family, Charlotte, and we love her more than words can express! She’s such a big part of our lives, and we just had to include something here about her. She brings so much joy to our world, and we adore her with all our hearts.

This is Ashley’s graduation photo taken at our second house! It was a huge milestone for us, and living there with some of our closest friends made it even more special. We created some of the best memories of our lives in that house, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The big move! Moving across the country was a huge step and took a lot of courage, but we made it happen. From Ohio to Florida, a 13-hour drive with the help of family and friends, we packed up three cars and plenty of belongings, determined to make it work. And we did! Living in Florida, so close to the beach, has been an amazing experience, and we truly feel fortunate to call this beautiful place home.

Our 5-year anniversary collage marks a special milestone in our relationship. We've overcome challenges, shared countless beautiful experiences, and grown so much together. Now, we're excited to spend the rest of our lives continuing to create even more memories and adventures.

The day Ashley said "Yes"! On their 8-year anniversary, as they were heading to dinner, Cardino pulled off to their favorite spot to watch the sunset, pretending to take a photo of the evening. As Ashley turned around to smile for the picture, she was surprised to find Cardino down on one knee. Thankfully, this special moment was captured from a distance by their best man, Dylan Nemeth. It’s a memory they’ll cherish forever!
